La mirada interna de SOTA: El proceso artístico del condado del norte

Born out of a collaboration between Encinitas-based The Brown Studio and Swell Property, State-of-The-Art (SOTA) is a community space based in Encinitas deeply passionate about design and quality, only offering products they would (and have) used in their own high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Their background in real estate development ensures they offer products we know to make an impact and successful sale, while our architectural and interior design DNA is a driving force in sourcing and sharing resources that push the boundaries of design and make a space truly memorable.

San Diego based Alex Palumbo operates Slack Tide Films; a boutique production house that thrives at the intersection of commercial and documentary storytelling. His films and photos have been featured at festivals around the world, been used by brands like Spotify, Ritz-Carlton, and Pacifico, and have told the stories of countless artists and communities.
