The Geometric Mural
Watch a mural be made in real time! San Diego-based muralist, Mark Hewko, will demonstrate the process of transferring one of his signature geometric designs onto a wall at Seaport Village in Downtown San Diego. Mark will also discuss the tools involved and the mathematics of grid, ratio, and proportion. Those interested will be given an opportunity to apply his method and help outline and paint the 30 foot long mural.
Stay after for a Q&A and discussion focused on the business side of creating murals and how they can enhance property value. Students are encouraged to attend.
